Patients who are included in EFR can receive care at conceivably any VA facility. When EFR patients receive care at a VA facility and are assigned a specific lab test as a result of that care, the EFRA captures the diagnosis code and/or lab test and results.

When you click the [Lab Tests] button associated with a patient, you see the related lab tests.

Click [Back] to return to the Patient Lookup screen.
